Breathe Away Your Worries

Let it all go. Just take a deep breath in and slowly release it.

Ah. Again. Take a deep breath in, slowly release it. Yes. Release the breath along with the worries of today.

Bring your attention to your breath and just for a moment close your eyes.

Notice the breath entering your lungs, and expanding them.

Take a few moments to watch your breathing. This brings you into the now moment. This is a mini vacation, which can be as rejuvenating as lying on a tropical beach.

The breath is the life source. God, your life source, the source of all that is, is as close as your next breath.

God invites you to take the time throughout your day to consciously breathe. For in centering yourself into the now moment, you feel its power.

The mind stills, the heart stops racing and you feel the peace that precedes all healing and all understanding.

Stop pushing against the world. Stop forcing everything. Let go. Just take a moment, away from deadlines and your to do list, to breathe. Tap in, tune in, and turn on.

In the 60s, the thing was LSD. Tune in tape in turn on. Now we have evolved. We use the breath to go within. All restlessness and indecision is a symptom of not tuning in to the wealth of knowledge within you.

At your core, at your very depth is a great well. It lies waiting for you to notice is. It holds the wisdom that you seek.

By getting peaceful and in touch with this well, you dip into the very center of who you really are. You are more than what you see in the mirror. You are a supreme, vital being, living with a purpose… to remember who you really are.

At some level, you know this is true. When you get past the racing and doubting mind, you know that this truth gives you peace and the power to create the life you dream about.

We are not drones or worker ants, we are spiritual beings here to have a vital experience. From the well that taps into the all, we are here to experience life, to enjoy life, as part of our spiritual journey.

We know not where we came from or where we are going, but this is a point on the path of our journey. Breathe deep. Are you breathing? Center yourself and de-stress.

Stop pushing. Stop forcing. Just breathe and be and discover how much greater you are. Not in an ego sense, but in a vital sense. That which you seek is within you.
